What is the Magnet Conference?

At the ANCC National Magnet Conference®, more than 6,700 nurses and nursing executives from top hospitals celebrate Magnet Recognition and gather to share evidence-based practices. This is the official annual conference of the prestigious Magnet Recognition Program®, serving as both a celebration of accomplishment for newly designated Magnet® organizations and a showcase of best nursing practices for the Magnet community. Anyone interested in improving their institution’s nursing program and learning about Magnet is invited to register. Attendees return to their hospitals energized to improve their nursing programs and equipped with proven methods to do so.
