Cancellations and Substitutions

DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF CANCELLATIONS: SEPTEMBER 7, 2012

  • Cancellations will not be accepted by phone. Email requests to: magnetconf@ana.org -- DO NOT send to other addresses. NOTE: Cancellations are not accepted through the ANCC Magnet Conference website.
  • All cancellations are subject to a $200 administrative fee.
  • Cancellations received by September 7, 2012 will receive a full refund less the administrative fee.
  • No refunds will be given for cancellations received after September 7, 2012. Substitutions are allowed up to September 7, 2012.
  • ANCC reserves the right to cancel or postpone any or all conference activities due to unforeseen circumstances, In the event the conference must be canceled or postponed, registration fees will be refunded. All other cancellations are subject to the policy as stated.
  • Refunds will not be made for no-shows.
  • Refunds for cancelled registrations will be processed within 4-6 weeks following the conference.
  • Ticketed events (pre-conference programs, symposium, extra tickets) and all recording purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE once purchased.
  • NOTE: Due to processing costs, only overpayments in excess of $25 will be considered for refunds. Please ensure that checks used for payment of registration fees include the correct dollar amount to avoid overpayment.

 

SUBSTITUTIONS

  • All substitutions must be submitted by September 7, 2012
  • Substitutions are welcome at no charge.
  • Requests for substitutions can be entered online at the Attendee Service Center at www.anccmagnetconference.org - click on the link on the left navigation bar.
  • Information from the original registration confirmation will be needed in order to complete a substitution; be sure to have this available.
