Take your Nursing Certification Exam at the National Magnet Conference! ANCC and CCI certification exams will be offered on-site at the Salt Palace Convention Center on Monday, October 13, and Tuesday, October 14, 2008.

1. Download application online at http://www.nursecredentialing.org/Certification/ExamResources/Applications.aspx

2. Be certain to write "Magnet Conference Test Site" on your application
(Please do not write "Salt Lake City UT.")

3. Application must arrive by August 29, 2008. There are no alternative test date fees or special site fees for Magnet Conference participants!
