Registration MethodsMAGNET CONFERENCE REGISTRATION (ONLINE AND MAIL) HAS NOW CLOSED! We thank you for your interest and support of the ANCC National Magnet Conference. TM For those who have already registered – On-site check in will begin on Wednesday, September 30, from 7:30 am – 7:30 pm. Please pick up your badge and receive your registration materials during these hours. Due to the large attendee registration, we encourage you to pick up your badge on Wednesday to avoid the rush on Thursday morning. We wouldn’t want you to miss any of the Opening General Session at 9:00 am because you were in line! Checking in on Wednesday will also qualify you for the VISA gift card drawing. The Attendee Service Center, for making online registration changes, will remain open through next Wednesday, September 23 at 5:00 pm CST. The Magnet Conference email box will also close at this time. We look forward to seeing you in Louisville! Confirmation will include your payment information and serve as your receipt. If your confirmation is not received within 3 weeks of registering, please contact us at: magnetconf@ana.org. August 31 is the deadline to request a replacement confirmation prior to the conference. This year's Opening General Session will take place on Thursday morning, October 1, beginning at 9:00 am! Don't miss a minute of this exciting opening event when the new and re-designated Magnet organizations are announced! Advance Preparation for a Smooth On-site Registration Experience! · Remember to print and bring your registration confirmation. · If part of a group registration, ensure that all group members have been confirmed. · Verify that all registrations have been paid in full – payment issues create delays at registration. · Make sure that all registration changes, corrections, substitutions, and/or TBD updates have been completed in advance of arrival in Louisville.
