REGISTRATION METHODS

  • Registration forms submitted without payment will not be processed.
  • Allow adequate time for check processing by your facility! (ANCC tax ID #43-1565726)
  • Include a check or credit card information with form(s).
  • Mail forms and payment to the address on the registration form. Forms may not be faxed.
  • Purchase orders and invoice requests not accepted.

ATTENTION GROUPS! Facilities can earn one complimentary registration to the 2011 Magnet Conference for every 30 attendees!

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION AND INFORMATIONAL EMAILS

Your registration will be confirmed by email. Confirmation will include your payment information and serve as your receipt. Also, various conference information emails will be sent to attendees, so be sure to provide a current email address when registering. If your confirmation is not received within 3 weeks of registering, please contact us at: magnetconf@ana.org. If you misplace your confirmation, a replacement copy may be obtained at the Attendee Service Center. IMPORTANT REMINDER: Be sure to bring your confirmation to Phoenix.

BADGE PICK UP BEGINS TUESDAY, OCTOBER 12!

AVOID LINES on Wednesday morning! Make plans NOW to pick up your badge and conference materials at the Phoenix Convention Center on Tuesday, October 12, 7:00 am - 7:00 pm! The opening conference program will begin Wednesday morning, October 13 at 9:00 am - don't miss a moment of this exciting day!

Advance Preparation for a Smooth On-site Registration Experience!
  • Remember to print and bring your registration confirmation.
  • If part of a group registration, ensure that all group members have been confirmed.
  • Verify that all registrations have been paid in full – payment issues create delays at registration.
  • Make sure that all registration changes, corrections, substitutions, and/or TBD updates have been completed in advance of arrival in Phoenix.
