Registration Information

REGISTRATION METHODS

Registration will open approximately first week in May.

ONLINE Quick processing, immediate confirmation! Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted.

BY MAIL

  • Registration forms submitted without payment will not be processed.
  • Allow adequate time for check processing by your facility! (ANCC tax ID #43-1565726)
  • Include a check or credit card information with form(s).
  • Mail forms and payment to the address on the registration form. Forms may not be faxed.
  • Purchase orders and invoice requests not accepted.

GROUP REGISTRATION

All members of a group (five minimum, same facility) must register & pay at the same time, using the exact same facility name on each form. The Group Contact name must appear on each form. 

Facilities can earn one complimentary registration to the 2013 Magnet Conference in Orlando for every 30 attendees!

CONFIRMATION

Your registration will be confirmed by email. Confirmation will include your payment information and serve as your receipt. If your confirmation is not received within 3 weeks of registering, please contact us at: magnetconf@ana.org. If you misplace your confirmation, a replacement copy may be obtained at the Attendee Service Center section of this website. IMPORTANT REMINDER: Be sure to bring your confirmation to the conference.

BADGE PICK UP BEGINS TUESDAY, OCTOBER 9!

AVOID LINES on Wednesday morning! Make plans to pick up your badge and conference materials at the Los Angeles Convention Center on Tuesday, October 9, 7:00 am - 8:00 pm! The opening session will begin Wednesday morning, October 10 at 9:00 am –  don't miss a moment of this exciting day!

Advance Preparation for a Smooth On-site Registration Experience!
  • Print and bring your registration confirmation.
  • If part of a group registration, ensure that all group members have been confirmed.
  • Verify that registrations have been paid in full – payment issues create delays at registration.
  • Make sure that all registration changes, corrections, substitutions, and/or TBD updates have been completed in advance of arrival.

 

CANCELLATIONS AND SUBSTITUTIONS

IMPORTANT! Deadline for receipt of cancellations is September 7, 2012. Requests must be made in writing.
