The Institute for Credentialing Innovation develops and manages a wide range of the products and services that support the Magnet, Accreditation, Certification, and Research programs at ANCC. The Institute also plans and executes the official National Magnet Conference. These products and services are invaluable resources for individual nurses and healthcare organizations who are committed to providing safe care and improving patient outcomes.

Certification Exam Review Resources

The Institute sponsors several review seminars, review manuals, CDs and Elearning opportunities to assist nurses preparing for nursing certification exams. These products are also excellence sources for continuing education contact hours and clinical practice review. Organizations co-hosting seminars receive discounted registration fees. Group and early bird registration and bulk manual purchase discounts are available.

Journey to Nursing Excellence and Magnet Designation Workshops

The Institute sponsors workshops designed to assist those interested in starting the journey to nursing excellence and those who have already begun their journey. All workshops are taught by knowledgeable and experienced ANCC consultants. Join in the learning opportunity as the workshop co-host shares their journey to nursing excellence and Magnet designation and make the networking connections that will sustain you along the journey. Magnet organizations co-hosting thee workshops receive special discounted registration fees. Group and early bird registration discounts are available. Registration fees include the Magnet manual, all handouts, and meals. One day workshops can be developed to meet your organization’s specific learning needs upon request.

Consultation Services

The Institute is uniquely positioned to offer consulting services and educational programs to individual hospitals and health care systems. As the official home and voice of the Magnet Recognition program, ANCC has a rich history of assisting organizations embarking on the journey to nursing excellence. ANCC also provides consulting services for organizations seeking to become accredited as an approver or provider of continuing education.
